1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "you" or "your") and kux8 (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the kux8 website at https://kux8.io and all associated services, including the online casino, sportsbook, live dealer platform, crash games, and payment and account management services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the kux8 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the kux8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms were last updated in January 2026. kux8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The kux8 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be aged 21 years or older to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform. kux8 takes its obligations in relation to the protection of minors extremely seriously and maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding under-age gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kux8 Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. kux8 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a kux8 employee, director or officer;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on the kux8 Platform;
• You have not previously had a kux8 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming and betting services on kux8 you must complete the account registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active kux8 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kux8 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to permanently forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kux8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kux8 will never contact you to request your password by any means. Any activity carried out through your kux8 account while authenticated will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify kux8 support at [email protected] without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

kux8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits before a withdrawal request is processed. kux8 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kux8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the kux8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kux8 does not accept third-party payments — the name on your kux8 account must match the name associated with your payment method.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on kux8 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the cashier section of your kux8 account at the time of the transaction. kux8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will publish any changes in the cashier or via account notification.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval by the kux8 payments team. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three banking days depending on the receiving institution. kux8 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your kux8 account must have passed KYC verification;
• The total amount deposited since your last withdrawal must have been wagered at least once in a real-money game or bet;
• No active chargeback, dispute or fraud investigation is pending on your account;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any limits applicable to your account tier.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your kux8 account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. kux8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional credits offered by kux8 are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your kux8 account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal of the bonus or any winnings derived from it is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account without notice.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kux8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and/or suspend or terminate the account of any player who is found to have:

• Registered multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
• Used a bonus in a manner that kux8 considers to constitute bonus abuse, including low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration in order to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Promotion Availability

kux8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or replace any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method or game-specific restrictions as stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the kux8 Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules. kux8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is declared invalid by the relevant governing body.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

All casino and live casino games on the kux8 Platform are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant game supplier — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi and Spribe. In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game supplier's malfunction policy. kux8 accepts no liability for game malfunctions caused by third-party suppliers beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sportsbook markets, casino games and live dealer tables. These limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed. kux8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or markets at any time.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result or bet settlement on kux8 is incorrect, you must raise a dispute via the kux8 support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. kux8's decision on all disputed results is final and binding, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kux8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed;
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, where such strategies are used systematically;
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, conceal, or convert funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Providing false identity, age, or address information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Any form of harassment, threats or abusive behaviour directed at kux8 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

kux8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe and transparent environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered kux8 account holders and can be accessed directly from the account settings panel without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly BDT deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a single gaming session.
• Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kux8 or the relevant licensor.

10 Privacy & Data

kux8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at kux8.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account on the kux8 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kux8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and the kux8 Platform. kux8 does not store mobile banking credentials (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) after a transaction has been processed. 11 Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your kux8 account at any time by contacting the kux8 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 are satisfied.

11.2 Termination by kux8

kux8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• kux8 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• kux8 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a regulatory authority.

In the event of termination for breach, kux8 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending the outcome of any investigation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kux8 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise — relating to the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

kux8 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if kux8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kux8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events giving rise to a claim shall not exceed the total net real-money deposits made by you to your kux8 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

13 Amendments

kux8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, kux8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account.

Your continued use of the kux8 Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.1. The date on which the current version of these Terms came into effect is stated at the top of this page.
